2024 Intermediate Course

Our Intermediate course is designed for those who have either successfully completed our Initial level of training or those who already have experience in leading a choir already. This newly updated course combines our previous Emerging and Progressive courses and includes both live and online tuition spread over six training days.

The course will develop and extend existing leadership skills, enabling you to prepare your choir with greater confidence. The course can be passed at two levels, Emerging or Progressive:

Venues

All venues are easily accessible by public transport. The Hall School is located close to Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage tube station. St Andrew's Church is located close to Waterloo mainline station and tube station.

Prices

We ask conductors to pay a £150 deposit to secure their booking. The rest of the course balance can then be paid in instalments, after discussion with our Training Manager, Elisabeth Brierley.

How to apply

Conductors who wish to apply should complete a short application form and submit a short video of themselves leading a choir. Please read our video requirements here and watch our short demonstration application video for the Emerging course here and the Progressive course here.
