We are an auditioned mixed ability ladies'choir ( SSAA) of 25+ members , set up 14 years ago with a mission to take music to churches who have no choir or music opportunities of their own. We support traditional services or special occasions and fund raising events. Our repertoire not only includes traditional and modern church music but also a range of secular music for concerts and other events as required and we are always very keen to learn new music.. We rehearse in Lincoln on alternate Saturday mornings and our members come from all over the county of Lincolnshire. We are looking for a new MD who is a competent pianist and has skills in vocal techniques and who can bring a range of music to a special group of ladies.
DLC also has the support on an Associate MD who may cover for rehearsals or concerts when required.
