Kelsborrow Choir are a mixed gender choir numbering approximately 40, based in Ashton Hayes in Cheshire. We sing in five sections, 1st and 2nd Sops, Contraltos, Tenors and Bass.
Our present MD, has led us for approximately 10 years but has decided to seek an alternative role with another musical group in Chester. This leaves us with a vacancy as of the end of March 2025. We have an experienced accompanist, but need to fill the role of MD.
Our musical tastes is varied, music for the shows, some light religious pieces and modern ballads. Our website gives a picture of who we are. We aim to present 3 of 4 concerts each year, at venues across mid to west Cheshire, raising funds for local charities.
