Volunteer choir leader

The choir is aimed at the over 70's with a view to end in a concert.

The aim is to create a sense of community for older people; to bring some fun and purpose and to work toward a common goal (the concert). I want to break stereotypes and celebrate experience and wisdom with a new and empowered image of ageing.

My main requirement is to find someone who shares my passion for social change with this demographic (and that you can lead a choir whether you're still a student or a professional). 
 

The choir rehearsals will be twice a month

• at a day and time that we can discuss
• in a North London venue

The songs will be along the lines of Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, The Police, U2, Radiohead, Blur, Oasis, and maybe even some classic, well known 90's house tunes!

I'm at the beginning of this journey but would love to find someone who would enthusiastically love to be a part of something like this!
