We are a mixed a cappella Chorus of enthusiastic amateurs who sing mostly in the Barbershop Style. We do it to have fun and we enjoy entertaining local groups around East Kent, mostly W.I. 🥳 parties,  where we are a big hit. During the Christmas period we sing all the favourite carols in 4 part harmony and raise money for the local Hospice. We also take part in The Hastings Music Festival, singing a cappella.

We meet on Thursdays in a Community Church in Ashford for 2 hours, including a chatty tea break.

We are looking for the following skills from an M.D.

• Engaging social skills that can inspire and inject enthusiasm.
• Musical ability to enhance the beauty of our singing and take it to a new level.
• Conduct us at Sing Outs.
• Manage and add to our repertoire using printed copies and our software song library and learning tracks.
• Help us grow by attracting new singers.

There is a negotiable renumeration package.
