The Association of British Choral Directors is a Registered Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee. Members of the Association are also members of the Company and would, in the unlikely event of abcd’s closure, be liable under that Guarantee for a contribution to winding up costs not exceeding £10.00. Should you not wish to accept that liability then you may remain a member of the Association but would not have voting rights. If you do not wish to accept that liability, please inform our Membership Secretary in writing. Copies of the Association’s Memorandum and Articles are available on request from the General Secretary.
Our Explorer option does not give full membership of the Association and therefore does not give voting rights.
