Please note that the member directory is for personal networking, not for mass contacting or marketing purposes. The member directory shows your name and email address, plus any biographical details you have chosen to add.
Tick the Gift Aid box if you wish us to claim Gift Aid on your subscription.
You must make sure you pay, or have paid, an amount of UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax that is at least equal to the amount of tax that you, and all other charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs to whom you make a donation, are going to claim on their donations. The tax can be paid on income, savings and investments (including tax credits on UK dividends) or capital gains. A Gift Aid declaration cannot be made if you intend to reclaim the subscription against your income tax as a professional expense.
Your data
Your personal data will be stored securely by abcd and used by our staff and officers to service your membership. This includes sending renewal information annually, monthly newsletters, and other member benefits as described here. The data will be held on our database for as long as you are a member. We will not use your data for any other purpose and we will not give your data to any third parties unless you consent to this by ticking the box above. You can find out more about how we store and use your data and what your rights are in our privacy notice. You can update your details at any time via your online user account or inform us of any updates. You can ask to view, update or correct any data we hold on you. You can also ask that we stop using your data or that we erase it. To request any of these, please contact our Membership Secretary.
