abcd is delighted to announce the inauguration of a new bursary to be called 'The Oxford University Press Andrew Potter Bursary'.
Oxford University Press has inaugurated this bursary in memory of Andrew Potter who died in February 2016. Andrew was formerly Director of Music Publishing at OUP and one of the founding members and Trustees of abcd.
The bursary will be awarded each year by abcd to a young conductor between the ages of 18 and 27. It will be used to support the selected conductor attending the abcd Young Conductors' Course, the Pre-Convention Conducting Course and the main abcd Annual Convention. The value of the bursary is £500.
abcd invites applications from eligible conductors for the award of the 2016 bursary.

To apply, candidates must submit an application by 17.00 hours on 18th July 2016.
