abcd is looking for a new Finance Director and an Assistant Treasurer.
Ryan Connolly, who has been abcd's Finance Director for the past nine months, is having to step down from this role with immediate effect. The corona virus crisis has led to a significant increase in Ryan's work commitments and, as a result, he is unable to give the level of commitment he would like to give to the role. We are therefore seeking to appoint a new Finance Director and we are advertising this position alongside that of Assistant Treasurer. The splitting of the two functions is allowed for in the abcd constitution and in the current circumstances the trustees feel that it is more appropriate for the Association.
The trustees would welcome applications for either position and would also ask members to consider suggesting anyone who is not a member who they feel might be interested in either position. The Finance Director becomes a trustee of the charity and a member of the board of directors. The Assistant Treasurer role is a paid position.
The trustees would like to thank Ryan for his contribution to abcd and hope that he will be able to continue as a trustee.
