Due to our current accompanist having to step down for health reasons, we are looking for a skilled accompanist to join us from September the 9th 2024 onwards.

We are a friendly, non auditioned yet ambitious mixed choir of 60 voices (and growing) whose repertoire during the last season included Haydn's Nelson Mass and Poulenc's Gloria.

We rehearse 7.30 - 9.30pm on a Monday evening at Glossop Central Methodist Church which has on-site parking and is also just a short walk from Glossop railway station (30 mins from Manchester Piccadilly). Our choral season runs from early September to mid-May and we give three concerts a year in November, December and May which often include a chamber orchestra, hand-picked by our music director.
