The Covent Garden Chorus Associate Conductor's Scheme is aimed at conductors studying on, or considering applying for studies in Choral Conducting.

Over the course of the programme the young conductor will lead warm ups and rehearsals with the Covent Garden Chorus, and conduct a section of two of this season's concerts, in December and January. This year the Associate Conductor role will also include a tour to Venice and Conegliano in Italy from 28th November - 1st December, for which all associated expenses will be covered. 

The scheme aims to offer young conductors a rewarding space to develop their skills and receive mentoring from CGC Principal Conductor Tori Longdon.

Deadline for applications is midnight on 1st September.

Auditions will be held in Bloomsbury on 12th September, (although some flexibility will be available for shortlisted candidates).
