All Saints church is looking to employ a Music Minister to oversee the music life of the church.

The church is a vibrant Anglican church with a variety of worship styles, you can see more about our different Sunday services here. The Music Minister will oversee the choirs that lead the traditional worship and bands the lead the contemporary worship.

We are looking for someone who will bring creativity, training and innovation to all areas of music in the church, with strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to encourage people to develop in their music skills and to participate in the music life of the church.

Hours: 18 hours per week, including Sundays, a Friday evening rehearsal and weekday office hours by negotiation.

Salary: £15,111 - £16,848 pro-rata depending on experience (£32,175 - £35,100 FTE at 37.5 hours)
