West London Chorus, a choral society with Music Director, Hilary Campbell, is looking for a soprano scholar to join them from September 2024 under their successful choral scholarship programme. We are based in Chiswick and rehearse weekly in term time on Tuesday evenings at St Paul's Church, W4 3SD from 7:45-9:45pm. The successful applicant is expected to attend rehearsals in addition to 3 major performances a year, often with full orchestra.

The scholarship is ideal for aspiring professional singers wishing to develop their choral singing and sight-reading, or in preparation for university choral scholarships. There are occasional solo/quartet/semi-chorus opportunities.

The scholarship is open to singers aged 18-30, or students in part or full-time education. It runs for a year, and is currently worth £900/year.
