All Saints' Parish Church, Leamington Spa — one of England's largest and most musically ambitious parish churches — is looking to appoint an Assistant Director of Music on a part-time basis from 1st September 2026. Deputising for the Director of Music for up to two Sundays and Fridays each month, we are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled choral conductor to lead our renowned SATB choir. This is an ideal opportunity for an up and coming choral director who is looking for an opportunity to develop their choir direction and management skills within a warm, inclusive, and high-achieving choral community, alongside other professional commitments and without committing to a full-time post.
