Tamworth Ladies Choir (SSA) is looking for a Music Director to lead us from 1 January 2027.

Based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, the choir was established 36 years ago and has approximately 35 members. We are a non-auditioning choir. We have an excellent reputation for fine singing with amazing harmonies. Our songs range from secular music; including (but not limited to) pop, jazz, show tunes, spirituals and world music. We rehearse on Monday evenings from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. We perform 4-5 concerts a year.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. To prepare for and lead Choir rehearsals and concerts;
2. To coach and help members enjoy and develop vocal technique and musical skills;
3. To select a wide range of appropriate music for the Choir
