Book your Convention place now!
Book now for our Annual Convention at Reading University on 17 and 18 October: choose from the full weekend or one of our day rates.
If you have any dietary requirements, please select from the drop down list when booking; if you select ‘other’, we’ll ask you for more details. Your confirmation email will also include contact details for letting us know about any disability for which you might need assistance.
Update 5 October: please note that if you are booking after today, we may not be able to guarantee special dietary requirements other than vegetarian, as details have already had to be sent to the university caterers. If you have any query about this, do get in touch with us.
Update 12 October. Saturday dinner is now SOLD OUT. But if you’re booking for Saturday or the full weekend, you’re still welcome to attend our evening sing with John Rutter, and there are plenty of places to eat in the town centre.
If you’d prefer to pay another way, we can take offline bookings and invoice your choir, school, church, Music Hub or other employer, or arrange for a bank transfer. Contact Tricia Rees-Jones to make an offline booking.
