We’re delighted to be returning to Reading University for our 40th Anniversary Annual Convention, on 17 and 18 October, and are looking forward to welcoming delegates, presenters and exhibitors back. Below is information about this year’s trade exhibition.
Convention takes place in the London Road site of Reading University, based in its Great Hall, a popular concert venue, and its Music Education department. The site is 15-20 minutes’ walk from Reading railway station and the town centre. The exhibition will be around the sides of the Great Hall, which will also be our plenary session venue, and the venue for tea/coffee breaks and lunch. Stand tables are in modules of 2 foot and a standard stand is 4 foot long. Stand space is limited, so as last year we are offering single spaces only, with extra space allocated if available. Early booking is advised.
There is onsite parking at Reading by the Great Hall, giving easy access for unloading. More details will be sent nearer the time, along with a request for details about your organisation and your stand. There is no on-site accommodation, but there is plenty to choose from in Reading town centre (some with parking) and you can find more information on our website. The nearest large hotel is the Premier Inn, about half a mile away. Find out more using the links below.
