The Woodside Singers seek an accompanist to commence September 2025 as our current pianist is moving on after 10 years of commitment.

Established in 1979, we currently have around 25 members (SATB) known for singing a range of music "from Bach to the Beatles". We rehearse on Monday evenings at Hounsdown School, Totton, Southampton SO40 9FT,  aiming to perform two concerts locally each year, generally around Easter and late autumn or December.

An honorarium payment is currently £515 per school term, reviewed each July. The post-holder will need good sight-reading skills, as well as the ability to pick out voice parts in rehearsal to support the choir. We welcome applicants of all ages and are keen to support anyone starting their career.
