Fulham and Hammersmith Choral Society was formed in 1951 and is a non-auditioned choir of approximately 90 singers of all ages, based in Fulham, London. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings (6.45 until 9pm) during school term times and hold 3 concerts per year, usually with instrumentalists and professional soloists.

Our Musical Director is sadly retiring from his London commitments and we are inviting applications for a new MD to start in January 2027 (or a date to be agreed).

We are seeking an inspiring and talented Musical Director with a great sense of fun to lead our choir forward. You will work alongside our Assistant Musical Director/Accompanist and with the support of the choir committee. We sing a mainly classical repertoire and are renowned for being a friendly and social choir.
